CORE AGREEMENT // REFERENCE: COCOA-2026
1. Terms of Operational Clearance
This document establishes a binding framework between your operating terminal and Cocoa Proxy Architecture. By launching the software package, creating a data transport pipeline, or activating the virtual network link, you certify your total submission to this matrix. This software operates exclusively as a data-tunneling utility.
2. Acceptable Infrastructure Usage
Users must not employ this routing framework to deploy malicious scripts, execute distributed computational resource drainage, or cross unauthorized security firewalls. Outbound structural traffic integrity remains entirely under the liability of the user node.
3. Mandatory Operational Age Restriction (17+)
Due to the complex routing variables and network proxy handling configurations, permissions to operate the system are strictly constrained to individual entities aged 17 years or older. Minor entity analytical tracking metrics are completely absent from the framework.
4. Arbitration Matrix & Sovereign Jurisdiction
This operating covenant is governed strictly by the laws and statutory regulations of Singapore. Any systemic transactional dispute, service friction, or contract breach shall be submitted directly to binding settlement under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The legal proceedings will occur in English, producing an immutable, terminal mandate.
5. Absolute Liability Exclusions
THE PIPELINE SERVICE IS ACCESSIBLE "AS ARCHITECTED." UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE OPERATING DEVELOPER ENTITIES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKET DEGRADATION, ROUTE LATENCY SPIKES, OR INTERMITTENT SYSTEM DOWN-TIME DUE TO THIRD-PARTY TELECOM NETWORK OUTAGES.
